A booking fee of 20% will be requested to secure the appointment. This is non refundable in the case of a cancellation of less than 24 hrs.

For bookings with a gift certificate, if you fail to give 24 hrs notice of cancellation then 50% of the value of your gift certificate will be forfeited and you will be required to pay this value on rebooking.
